Day Dream Friday – Running of the Bulls

My sister and I have begun planning some of the Europe trip for this summer. We are finally starting to figure out the specifics of the trip! One thing that is high on our list is the San Fermin festival in Pamplona, Spain, the highlight of which is the Running of the Bulls. The festival begins on the 6th of July and ends on the 14th. The running of the Bulls happens at 8:00 AM every morning from the 7th to the 14th.
Now I don’t know if I’d want to run that half mile stretch being chased by a 1 and 1/2 ton beast, but I would definitely like to be present to see it! The festival has many different things involving food and traditions from the region, but it all centers on the bulls.

I was so close to going last year but we ran out of time. Hitting up 7 cities in 3 weeks was already a tight squeeze. Can’t wait to hear all about your adventures if you do go!
I’ll be sure to document it this summer if we do go. It is definitely high on our list!
