Top Places To Go In Europe
Well, here we are nearly two weeks into April and yet our journey has just begun. We started this blog a little over a month ago and the response has been encouraging, to say the least. We (me and Christian) felt that now was probably a good time to take a pause and recap the top places to go posts. So if you are new to the blog, here’s our (abridged) top places to go in Europe:

Any other locations you would be looking forward to in Europe?

Great list and don’t forget the Cyclades in Greece… Santorini is amazing!
Thanks also for the follow and good luck planning for your European trip next year.
Awesome! I’m adding it to my list!
Yes… you must visit the islands in Greece. They are so magical. Santorini is definitely impressive and one of a kind!
absolutely! It looks like paradise!
Looking forward to your thoughts when you make it here!
Love your list. I’ve been to a few of the places you’ve listed but there are many more to do! I was also recently in Romania, visiting towns like Sibiu and Sighishoara (birthplace of Vlad Tepes, inspiration for Dracula). It’s not your typical tourist-y destinations but well worth the visit!
OH! Wow… i can’t believe I have never thought about that! See, this is why I started blogging well before my trip…. I’ve added so many plans and ideas via comments on the blog! Thanks so much!
No worries. And if there are other places you’ve been to, will definitely want to hear about it.
Your list makes me want to start packing! For an interesting and somewhat out-of-the-way adventure, you ought to try Slovakia. The Vysoké Tatry mountains are incredible and easily accessible without a car. Equally stunning Slovenský Raj is a network of forest trails that even include ladders up waterfalls and scrambles alongside cliffs. Eastern cities like Košice and Poprad have all the history and culture without the crowds of more well-known destinations like Prague. And of course: great food – so long as you aren’t vegetarian!
That sounds very cool I will definitely look at adding Slovakia to our travel plans!
Shocked and stunned to find that Portugal isn’t on here! Lisbon is a beautiful and edgy small city, and you will never have seen anywhere quite like Sintra. Obidos is tiny and charismatic. My favourite occupation is island hopping around the Ria Formosa in the Algarve.
Thanks for visiting my blog (in a Polish connection). You’ll find lots of Portugal on there too.
Thank you! I will stop by again and check it out… Portugal has made a newer (unpublished) list as we are continuing to add as many countries as we think we will be able fit into our trip!
Ah, the relief! Cheers!
My mistake too- you didn’t visit a Polish post, but my “Quotes from the Masters” this week. Many thanks.
Tallinn is one of my favorite cities in Europe. It’s small, charming, and still authentic, + they have the best (honey) beer, seriously.
Sounds right up our alley! We will have to visit there as well!
Visiting Morocco in Spain?
Yeah! A nice day trip to morocco is a popular thing for people visiting the south of spain
Great! Then you could also drop by Ceuta and Melilla ^^
Lisbon in Portugal!
Excellent choice!
